The Body Iron Elevated Core Row Stand is designed to help you increase your range of motion, especially when partaking in the classic standard T-Bar row movement. This stand is heavy weight and stable to assist in your workouts, accompanied with full welding to ensure no parts come loose while in use.
This Core Row Stand features diamond textured foot panels, which help your feet grip to the platform and keep you from slipping when performing the exercise. The downwards and inward angles of the platform helps protect your back by allowing you to sit back and keep your spine vertical while also applying outward force with your feet. This will help ground and stabilise your entire body.
The handle and easy glide wheels at the base of the Core Row Stand make it easier to move the product around your house/the gym. Also featuring rubber caps on the base to prevent scratching your flooring and a padded bar rest to omit scratching the actual machine when you place the bar down.
